Please read all requirements before booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We will take a $100 non-refundable deposit for all appointments NO EXCEPTIONS. The $100 deposit will go towards the total amount of your booking. We require a debit/credit card to hold your appointment as part of our cancellation policy. On the day of your appointment you will be charged the remaining total agreed on the booking date unless add ons were added. You will not be charged the full service if you cancel within 24 hours before your booking date and time. Otherwise you will lose your NON REFUNDABLE deposit for any last minute cancellations and will be charged the remaining amount you were responsible for. NO CALL NO SHOWS will result in an automatic full service charge. Please give us a call at 832-277-1369 for any questions.
Security Deposit:
On the day of your appointment we do require a $400 security deposit. This security deposit will cover any damages caused to the UTV such as major scratches, motor damages, body damages such as breaking the mirrors etc. The security deposit will be refunded to you immediately after the UTV has been washed and inspected for any damages. If the UTV has any serious damages unfortunately the deposit will NOT be refunded back to the customer. Security deposit can only be made with a debit/credit card unfortunately cash will not be accepted.
Things to bring:
In order to rent our UTV's you must be at least 18 years old of age with a Valid Driver's License. On the day of your appointment please bring your photo ID with form or payment.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit/debit cards including American Express. When paying cash please bring exact change in order to complete your payment. The individual who is paying must bring an photo ID with them in order to be scanned and input into there profile.
